Hi, I’m Mindy. I went from being a know-it-all in my own relationships to an open, curious, compassionate human. This change didn’t save my relationships, it saved me. It saved me from being angry, a victim, rejected, and over-burdened. I now feel expressive, free, fun, and open to growth when I’m relating to others.

As a former, know-it-all, I understand it can be hard to believe that anyone can help when you have already read all the books, watched all the tiktoks, and tried all the things.
